1. Operator

PlaceRankFlow is operated by MCS, a French company registered under SIREN 106 942 600 (R.C.S. Nantes), EU identification number FR4401.106942600, with its registered office at 5Q Avenue des Naudières, 44800 Saint-Herblain, France. Contact: [email protected]

2. Service description

PlaceRankFlow provides tools for managing Google Business Profile activity on behalf of local businesses: post scheduling and publishing, review reply drafting and sending, citation monitoring, rank tracking and performance reporting. All automated actions require explicit user approval.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business whose Google Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. One trial period per person; a second account created with the same email address or Google identity does not start a new trial.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use PlaceRankFlow to:

• Create, solicit or publish fake, incentivised or gated reviews.
• Violate Google's Terms of Service, Business Profile guidelines or applicable advertising regulations.
• Misrepresent a business's identity, location or offering.
• Harass, spam or mislead users or third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or circumvent any part of the service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Automations and consent

Automated actions (post publishing, review replies) require your explicit in-app approval for each action or automation rule. You remain fully responsible for all content you approve. You can disable any automation or revoke Google access at any time from workspace settings.

8. Intellectual property

PlaceRankFlow and its underlying software are the property of MCS. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant MCS a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

9. Availability and limitations

The service depends on third-party APIs (Google Business Profile, Stripe, Cloudflare). External outages, quota limits or API changes outside our control may temporarily limit functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but will communicate known incidents.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by French law, MCS's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-business damages.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from workspace settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy policy. MCS may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Nantes, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
